The video features kayaking trips on the Cornish coast and Norfolk Broads, stand up paddleboarding (SUP) in Cambridge, river walks in Yorkshire and Cumbria, bikerafting on the River Idle, wild swimming in the Cotswolds and some of the finest chalkstream locations in Wiltshire and Hampshire.
No irritating music or narration – just the natural sights and sounds of the best places I visited last year.
